Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 2–5 business days once books are in stock and ready to ship.

• Pre-orders will begin shipping starting November 14, 2025 (estimated). Shipping timelines may vary based on production and freight schedules. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

• Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Standard delivery times:

  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (customs processing may extend delivery times)

• We do not guarantee delivery dates. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

• Hidden Alaska Book is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages & Lost Packages

• Hidden Alaska Book is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us within 7 days at [hiddenalaskabook@gmail.com].

• If your package is significantly delayed or does not arrive, contact us and we’ll assist with carrier investigation and resolution.

Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses are not eligible for refunds.
