All sales are final. Each copy of Hidden Alaska: Ramblings of a Master Guide is a limited-edition print, and we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or general dissatisfaction.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your support email]. We’ll review the issue and, if verified, arrange for a replacement copy or refund at our discretion.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our shipping partners to investigate and ensure your order is delivered or replaced.

Exceptions

In rare, unusual circumstances (e.g., significant printing defects, duplicate charges, or incorrect shipments), we may make exceptions and provide a refund or exchange. These cases will be reviewed individually.
